The company is committed to the development of high-speed precision progressive dies and compound cold stamping dies, and has strong mold manufacturing capabilities. In order to ensure the high precision of the mold, the company has introduced supporting processing equipment (Imported Swiss Hauser S40 coordinate grinder and Charmilles 290 slow wire cutting machine) and testing equipment (three-coordinate measuring instrument, large table imager), with the advantages of high-precision and high-speed mold manufacturing and maintenance, to ensure that customers are provided with high-quality products.
The company has more than 200 stamping equipment of various types, including 18 imported high-speed punching machines of 80t, 125t, 220t, 300t, 360t, 400t and 630 tons, one longitudinal shearing line and 12 precision die-casting machines, with an annual consumption capacity of 70,000 tons of silicon steel sheets.
The company's stator and rotor products cover hundreds of types, including air-conditioning motors, series-excited motors, shaded-pole motors, generators, automotive motors, water pump motors, magnetic motors, reduction motors, refrigerant motors, DC motors, brushless DC motors, servo motors, and new energy motors. The company has independent export rights. Products are now exported in large quantities to the United States, Germany, Italy, Japan, and the Middle East and other countries.
